Six color printing and inline Aqueous coating is handled by the brand
n e wstate of the art 28 x 40 Heidelberg.A chillermaintains even temper-
a t u r e sin the ink train for a consistent ink tack and the extended
delivery and UV dryers set the ink on the sheet. Plates are auto-
matically mounted which allows for locked in perfect registration,
and as the plates are made a flash card is created which sets all
the ink fountains for the job, meaning that okays are sometimes
given on the first press sheet. In addition, there is another 6-color
Heidelberg 2840 with inline Aqueous coating.

There is also the 2-color Heidelberg 2840 Speedmaster Perfector
for printing 2-sides at one time.

Heidelberg Printmaster QM46 is a short-run 2-color press that
can run 10,000 impressions in an hour. It also has Autoplate and
many other automated features just right for stationery, forms and
other small sheet work up to 13 x 18.

For short-run print jobs, as well as moderate length runs of one
to five-color work, there is the 14 x 20 5-color Heidelberg GTO.

Hot foil stamping capabilities, die cutting and blind embossing
capabilities are available.

Onsite bindery equipment perform a multitude of jobs. This
equipment includes a 32-page Folder to 26 x 40, a 41-inch Polar
Paper Cutter, a Comb Binder, an ITWright, 3-spindle Paper Drill
and a Round Corner Machine.
